The B&G Company has flourished based on the principle that technical know-how and total quality are the most important factors for that satisfied customers. The road to that total quality begins with the type and grade of wire selected and continues through out the manufacturing process. For its automotive applications, the parent company uses only high tensile chromium-silicone wire purchased from Europe’s premium mines.

The springs are cold wound on precision CNC coilers, shot peened, and heat treated for maximum strength and longevity. Every spring is then blocked and computer tested against tight tolerances for rate and dimensional measurements. The approved springs are then electrically charged, painted with an epoxy powder resin coating and oven baked to create a hard corrosion resistant shell. And unique to its maker, is its final step, wherein each spring is marked with a unique production date marking for quality tracking and control.

The part is designed for street driving and occasional track use, and each kit combines race proven technology with the vehicle’s unique design characteristics for the ultimate ride and handling. The kit, which features a complete set of 4 black springs, is optimized for handling and appearance without the harsh ride associated with it. It drops the front and the rear, from 1.2” to 3.5”. The performance part is fully adjustable for optimal ride and features that dual coil over spring design. The performance part boast of a top quality monotube gas charged dampers- that dampers automatically and adjust to driving conditions.
