The B&G Company has flourished based on the principle that technical know-how and total quality are the most important factors for that satisfied customers. For its automotive applications, the parent company uses only high tensile chromium-silicone wire purchased from Europe’s premium mines.

The springs are cold wound on precision CNC coilers, shot peened, and heat treated for maximum strength and longevity. Every spring is then blocked and computer tested against tight tolerances for rate and dimensional measurements. The approved springs are then electrically charged, painted with an epoxy powder resin coating and oven baked to create a hard corrosion resistant shell. And unique to its maker, is its final step, wherein each spring is marked with a unique production date marking for quality tracking and control.
