This aftermarket performance part is a perfect fit with the Outlook Display Monitor. This monitor will take priority access of your engine and give you control over your vehicle’s power level, with the flip of the switch. And when using the Outlook Monitor, it also allows you to set emergency de-fueling points based on the vehicle’s exhaust temperatures. And when the temperature reaches your set levels, the Outlook will automatically engage and de-fuel to prevent excessive temperature.
Installing the module will also improve your vehicle’s drivability. There will be a tremendous acceleration increase, better fuel mileage and an increased towing performance. The added horsepower eliminates the transmission up shift/ down shift due to low horsepower when towing. When used with the Outlook Monitor, the Module will automatically monitor and de-fuel the engine when the water temperature is low or high and when the exhaust temperature reaches that high settings. It also decreases horsepower when transmission slippage is detected on the Duramax, preventing damage to the clutch packs. The module promotes positive transmission shifting for quicker, smoother and firmer shifts.
