The new design increased the pressure plate clamping force while maintaining easy pedal effort and will not allow the diaphragm’s tendency to stick over the center.

There are a number of types of clutches the Centerforce offers. Notable among these are the Centerforce1, the Centerforce Dual Friction, and the DFX line. The Centerforce1 offers 30 percent more holding capacity than the stock OEM clutch while maintaining a stock pedal feel. This clutch system is the finest quality upgrade recommended for your stock clutch. The Centerforce II, on the other hand, gives 60% greater holding capacity than the standard factory-supplied clutch. The Centerforce Dual Friction, a clutch disc set, generates 90% increase in holding capacity creation over the stock systems.
