Installing the Jet Performance Module in your Ford is one of the easiest, cleanest, and efficient ways to get extra horsepower out of your vehicle. Jones Electronic Technologies, or simply Jet, has figured out a way to reconfigure your ECU for improved throttle response, increased low end torque, and a ten to fifteen horsepower boost on top, without removing or opening up the stock ignition/fuel system computer. The Jet powertech micro processor module simply plugs in between the computer and your stock wiring harness.

Since Ford vehicles do not have a chip that can easily be replaced, performance tuning on the said vehicles can be difficult. However, Jet has solved this minor problem by developing a plug in module that attaches to the vehicle computer externally and can add up to 30 horsepower.

The module has a stage one and stage two applications, depending on the vehicle to be used. Stage one application is available to vehicles with a stock engine or has minimal modifications on the vehicle’s system. The stage one chips are legal in all 50 states. The stage two application, on the other hand, is programmed for vehicles that have a modified exhaust and/or header systems. The part replaces the stock for improved throttle response, low end torque, and a boost in horsepower.
