A computer, which electronically resides between the vehicle’s ECU and engine that releases a 100 percent of a vehicle’s engine untapped power is the Unichip. Adding it on a normally aspirated gas vehicle typically produces a peak power gain about 5-9% and then provides an increase at all rpm. However, on a forced induction vehicle or on a modified normally aspirated gas vehicle, adding a Unichip typically produces a peak gain about 15-20%.
