Its advance fuel pump technology includes an electric motor and pump section. On electric motor, a roller cell fuel pumps has a full copper commutator to ensure high flow/ pressure requirements are maintained. Each armature is then fully load tested to ensure the manufactured part is free of shorts. On the pump section, it uses Delrin materials that is inserted in the fuel pump housing to be able to protect the roller bearings against wear and is then effective against fuel debris.
Venom fuel injector is the termination point of the entire fuel delivery system. It is built to ensure a maximum expectation is achieved at each and every performance lever. Venom has the ability to build fuel injectors at specified flow rate, which is from 18 lbs/hr all the way up to 180 lbs/hr. the electromagnetic coils are molded with an aerospace grade polymer, copper winding, injection molding, etc., which is all done in house on Venom performance.
